The EXPERIENCE:

🌿A Guided Walking Meditation: Stroll through winding paths in the forest and meadow, breathe with the trees and watch the bees.

🫐Berry Picking: We will arrive back to the berry patch you can CHOOSE to go right into indulging in fresh, sun kissed berries while receiving a Crystal Sound Bath or relax in Savasana while bathing in the healing frequencies of the singing bowls.

🪷A Crystal Sound Bath: Crystal singing bowls are tuned to the frequency for each of the seven chakras, our main energy centers throughout the body. During the SOUND BATH , each chakra will be cleansed, cleared and opened, allowing energy to flow freely throughout the body creating opportunity for deeper healing to occur.
