Full Moon Monday Sound Meditation is BACK in Reading, Vermont!
Join us in community as we celebrate the August Full Moon in a magical and surreal Sound Bath experience at the Reading Greenhouse on Monday, August 19th from 6-7pm.

What to bring: a blanket, or a yoga mat, perhaps a seat cushion, or even a recliner chair, so that each participant may either lay down or sit to receive the energetic vibrations from all the instruments. Various healing frequencies will be emitted from multiple gongs, quartz singing bowls, and a few womb drums, including chimes and rattles.
