Mindful Monday Sound Bath and Meditation

This magical event is located in a special greenhouse in the little town in Reading VT called Felchville. The greenhouse has a space carved out for events. This event is called a sound bath because you are literally bathed in the sounds of many instruments; gongs, womb drum, singing bolws and a large variety of percussion instruments, singing and high vibrating energy. All you have to do is bring a mat, blanket or a folding chair to sit back and relax into while you enjoy and fill yourself with gratitude and solice. Happy Harvest Moon
